Friends of Yoga is currently conducting free yoga classes at Deira Creek, BurDubai Creek, Zabeel Park, Rashidiya Park, Garden, International City in Dubai and Al Ittihad Park and Buheira Corniche at Sharjah. Further the classes are also conducted in Garden/Lawns opposite Abu Dhabi Municipality. The classes are very popular amongst the attendees drawn from working class people from low end jobs to professional managers/CEOs and successful businessmen/businesswomen. During the last 20 years, over 100,000 Gents, ladies and children ranging from 3 year old to 90 year old have benefited across the globe from over 250 trained yoga teachers who teach yoga free to the students on a voluntary basis.

Friends of Yoga strongly encourages people across the world to attend free yoga classes at the location most convenient to them and maintain and improve their physical, mental and emotional health. The overseas branches include Oman, Jordan, Iran, Philippines, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan and India. The overseas operation of Friends of Yoga is run by former members of FOY Dubai.
